Fill the crevices on the back w/some jb weld. Be sure it's smooth and flat. Let dry.

THEN use the trim adhesive and place on the trunk.

I drilled small holes and used a small sheet metal screw
its much cleaner looking

IF Arnie does not have any more, I have one of his 3.5's, that I'm not going to use. After I bought it, he offered to make a custom set for my larger engine. Same price, but includes shipping.
