I'm going to guess the vent window assembly, behind the door panel.
Right Here, up near the adjuster wheel. There is another down by the lower edge of the door:

it is for the bottom of the vent window long support
also for the rear window adjustment bottom

No because he showed us a picture of a cleanly plated bolt. The one at the bottom of the door will be rusty.
