Here is the Info from BMW

The BMW 3.0 CS Automatic US VIN 4335289 was manufactured on June 28th, 1974 and delivered on July 08th, 1974 to the BMW importer Hoffman Motors Corp. in New York City. The original colour was Sienabraun metallic, paint code 009.
