why don't you sign up with the German E9 forum. The last meet was in Bremen 10 days ago and they are periodical meets across the country, few times a year. This is also the main E9 group in Germany where you can offer/ buy parts, exchange views etc. e9-forum.de.
I'm assuming you can speak (some) German, although the E9's speak for themselves and English has made its way here too
