why not make it out of sheet metal instead of vinyl. otherwise its probably better to cast it ... or, calling Markos - 3d print it.

Yes sheet metal would be easier, I would make out of stainless. You can make a wood mold and heat plastic or vinyl over the mold. I brought a cnc router, its not running this time. My plans is to change form a 3 axis to a 5 axis. The cnc router plans are for bucks and molds making
