Ducktail, windsplits and roof hoop mounting - using tape?

I'm planning to add front fender windsplits, a roof hoop and a ducktail spoiler to my CS but I'm hesitating on how to fixate them. I don't really want to drill and screw. There are already enough places for rust to attack.
Has anyone used tape to mount any of those parts? I looked into 3M Acrylic Foam Tape and it seems promising

or the 3m trim adhesive
is unflapable which never comes off.

You will be happy when it takes your paint off too, or do you use screws? Seems like you may be screwed either way....
