Help identifying missing tools, please

I am looking for a little guidance, please.

The tool tray (apparently referred to as a clam shell?) in my recently acquired Euro spec '73 CSi is apparently missing a couple of items. Most obviously the two items which should be on the extreme left of the tray, although it's quite possible I am missing additional items.

Is there a reference somewhere that I can use to determine what I will need to buy to make a complete set?

well i would say first that .the two missing elements on the left side are a set of steel gauge blades of 0,4 0,3 and 0,25 mm, and a steel rod tool for valve adjustment
not sure of the proper names in english, but those are the items missing
 
second on your right side after the pliers, you have two spaces that must be emptyed from their contain, a second spark plug tool with a dulicated bar and a tube tool also duplicated

you should fill those holes with a water pump pliers and a small red screwdriver

none of those tools are available on the stores, but plenty of second hand can be found in the usual places, i recall @Bert Poliakoff usually sells those items
 
Did I miss seeing a small red handle screwdriver? Appears one of the spark plug tubes is in the space where it goes?

A red letter day! I believe my tool kit is finally complete. Thanks to several people here who helped me achieve my goal.

An unexpected bonus to having a full tool kit means the heavier boot lid now closes and latches with a satisfying clunk entirely under its own steam, without the need to slam it shut.:)

Dan, the earlier boxes are prone to cracking and breaking, don’t store your tools there if you value your toolbox. Put everything other than the small and light items in a tool roll. You can see the long pin has already protruded beyond its slot at the top. In fact you have two pins, it came with only one.

Thanks Chris, I believe I will indeed take your advice. I have some nice waxed cotton tool rolls made for my restoration customers, and I think one of those should do the trick. It's kind of ironic that I was so determined to fill out the tool tray, and 24 hrs later it will be laid bare :rolleyes:

Incidentally, I have a couple of spare box wrenches, and the extra long pin you spotted, free to a good home if anyone needs them? Just fire me a PM if you need one of them and I'll be happy to mail them off.

definitely do not store your tools in an original tool box, and dont carry wine bottles upright in the trunk and shut it, bad things will also happen to it :(

Thanks for the advice, Chris and Steve!

This morning I removed tools weighing about 4lb from the plastic tool tray and stored the heaviest tools in a nice waxed cotton tool roll, now stashed in the boot cubby box.

I really do need to focus on some of the car's more pressing needs now :rolleyes:

I was delighted to have a complete tool kit when I bought my car, only then to realise that driving the car with the full tool kit in place compromises the 45 year old brittle plastic of the clam shell unit (already got a couple of hairline cracks). So I am thinking it is worthwhile to get a new clam shell (repo unit) from W&N so I can carry the tool kit with the car.
