I don’t think that is for an e9. Looks like it could be for an e3 but I don’t know those cars well.

The e9 doesn't have side vents. Those two tubes coming out of the side of your pipe don't exist on the e9 vent duct. The e3 has a front-facing vent on each end of the dash.
