A member recently was looking for one of these 2 3/8 inch full treaded round slotted head bolts for the steering column. I found a column cover with the 4 bolts taped to the part.

Hello Koopman. That was me looking for (1) replacement bolt for the steering column cover. I have ordered some replacements, but I have't had a chance to see how accurately they match the originals. I'll know on Thursday afternoon, and will let you know if I am still in need. Thanks for locating and posting!!!

since my coupe is not here at my house, what is the diameter of said machine thread screw? i get that it is 2 3/8" long or 60mm ... possibly 55mm depending on how it is measured (overall length or thread length). i went looking on belmetric for this type of screw and nothing larger than 6mm / 55mm length.

they do have allen head 6mm machine screws that go up to 140mm, so 60mm is no issue. they also have 8mm to long lengths. both are available in steel and stainless. shouldn't be a head width issue with the allen head. in pan heads they don't get to big widths or long lengths
 
Not sure but they came from the column metal cover.
I still have two if you need one.
