Rear and front Sway bar torque numbers help

I just got new bushings made out of urethane to replace the old worn out rubber bushings.
Since the new ones are much stronger, does anybody knows the torque numbers I need to apply?

I just tightened them until they were very tight by feel, that's all I did. Urethane does not compress much at all.

from the blue book 31-35 foot pounds or 43-48 Nm

Urethane can be pretty hard so be prepared to possibly hear some squeaking.

My Suspension Techniques for Athena & Ireland Engineering for Vern sway bars came with a small tube of urethane safe grease to use on the frame mount bushings to reduce noise. So far, I haven't heard any squeaks.

Also place the bolts upside down. Somehow between road debris etc, they get bent if sticking down.
