Sorry, Chris (Willets, not HB) ... at 35k that is GROSSLY overpriced.
IF someone had all the bits needed to complete
(and there are a LOT of bits, like ALL of the brightwork?!?!?!?)
AND if they had a magic wand to magically transform those holes into paintable metal,
the moment you bought it you'd be upside down :-(
If you want one buy this one and drive it off the lot for 68k instead:

What a ripoff! Maybe he can throw in some color ink printer cartridges for my HP printer at $1K apiece too.. Then I would feel like I'm getting a little bit of a deal.

Overly optimistic price. May be for someone that want to make a major custom Car..( I don’t know who sin city BMW or Chris Willis is but I think HB Chis is saying the same thing).
3200 is very rare and extremely costly to restore with almost impossible to find engine parts! And on top of that not that highly valuable. There was a very nicely done older restoration in Germany not too long ago for about 110k I think. The Werk Shop in Libertyville IL had one under restoration for over three years , looked really nice too, for a “money no object” client which was at a stand still!
