Harry, that is for the Neue Klasse 2000 model, anywhere from 65-72. The US got the orange turn signal lenses in 1969, I believe prior that that they were red. What is the overall condition and do you have both sides?
Steve, That is my plate frame and is incredibly rare. VP moved from Manhattan Beach to his new showroom in Hermosa Beach in the spring of 1970. Our 2800 was built in Jan 1970 and sold in April 1970. The service book is stamped Hermosa Beach and there must have been a few older frames left. I have never seen another Manhattan VP frame except for one.
