completely unrestored 3.0CSi in the coveted color "taiga metallic".
Delivery via the Italian BMW dealer "Italcar Torino" to its first owner, a judge from Torino. This drove the BMW until 1974. Then the E9 Coupé changed into the possession of a collector, also from Torino. Since then, the E9 has rarely been moved.

Unrestored, unwelded and rustproof.

matching numbers, most of the paint is original :)

wow .... that's amazing. wish i had a lot of money lying around to buy a great car like this.

Beautiful. Don’t love the interior, but too valuable as original to upgrade it. Would this car have been delivered with a Petri wheel or is that an after delivery upgrade?

Delivered.... could mean that the initial buyer ordered a leather Petri wheel right from the beginning but in most cases it was an after purchase. The official sports wheel for the E9 was a 40cm Petri foam wrap wheel and not a 38cm.

Really nice car. Although my car is unwelded, unrestored and still has 70% of its original paintwork, I’ve got to say this looks a lovely car. If I was in the market for a second E9 (and I could afford it) I would love this.

I love the original velour interior too.

Is it a 2002 petri hub?

that could very well be a Csl Petri, not all of them had the all telling leather overlaps on the spoke ends..... but as Shannon puts it, need to go poke it with a Stick (the whole car :))

Chuck, i was half kidding but i can't think of a better collection for it to be in ... and having two of the best original (standard) coupes in the world - wow. i have looked through these pictures again and i hope i can get my coupe back together after painting is completed (hopefully soon), to look half as good as this.
