Taiga Csi in Germany

Gathered some more info of interest for those who might be seriously considering in taking the plunge.....
Apparently this car was advertised by an Italian Dealer in DEC 2019 for 65K€ (some serious profit margins added) when it still had the original rims and original bus steering wheel (original specs).

Do we know if it’s the same Italian dealer selling it now? If not then that’s some flip.

I hope the original wheels and steering wheel are included in the sale (to maintain the originality).

Seems to be at a German car dealer in Bavaria, so yes, it appears to have taken a dramatic leap forwards.
The original rims and wheel, even if not along, both items are easily sourced although the Petri suits the car and so do the 7x14” rims even if not the 5 hole type.

This car is so, so, so cool! Only color I might like better than fjord. I wonder how much of the paint is original? Most completely original cars have yellowed engine bays and separating clear coat issues on the horizontal surfaces. Did BMW fix the metallic clear coats by '74?

Looks like they did some upgrades and underside cleaning.

I sure hope they kept all of the original parts, documentation, plates, etc with the car after the flip!

Walk around video:

Edit: removed link to original for sale ad.

completely unrestored 3.0CSi in the coveted color "taiga metallic".
Delivery via the Italian BMW dealer "Italcar Torino" to its first owner, a judge from Torino. This drove the BMW until 1974. Then the E9 Coupé changed into the possession of a collector, also from Torino. Since then, the E9 has rarely been moved.

Unrestored, unwelded and rustproof.

matching numbers, most of the paint is original :)

Gorgeous car. In parentheses next to the 119,000 euro asking ($130K) price is the word "Brutto" Which means "ugly" in Italian.
Just Saying.
