Euro license lights, hole for wiring?

I’ve looked quite a bit but haven’t found where the proper spot for drilling wiring hole for my ‘74 USA model’s bumper conversion and powering the license plate lights would be.
Can someone snap a quick pic for me of where to drill to match factory placement?

I recently pulled my rear bumper. I can measure the exact location of the hole if it helps.
