I’m having trouble with your question. May need to have Alan translate.

It is my understanding that it is straight forward approach to change a US ‘73 front bumper to an early/euro bumper, using early/euro brackets. The rear ‘73 US bumper isn’t easy to modify, as the rear euro/early bumper had the bracket welded/integrated with the bumper. Essentially all one piece.

Edit: Also Vitaliy’s bumpers are sold.

The complete lock set and front grills are still available. The ignition lock set is still mounted in the column, which is also for sale. Arguably easier to deal with a column swap.

I have already advised Vitaliy to remove the stalks and sell separately.

The AC parts are all sold.
