FYI - The wheel is missing the spring-loaded horn parts. You will need to pillage another 2002 or CSI wheel to get the parts. It is also very difficult to find the smooth “full moon” horn pad. They only came on a about three steering wheels, this one included.
I’ll add that you can use a CSI sport wheel horn pad. Not any pad, it must be the one from the wheel with spokes like the wheel above. It is the only e9 wheel with the spring loaded center horn pad.

Cool! Perhaps you can post a link. I wonder if it comes with the mounting plate, the specialty screws, the springs, the brass contact plate, and the nylon plugs. All parts are NLA. Also, the e9 horn ring is NLA.
Someone on the 2002faq have sold the same steering wheel with a repro horn button.

Good point. It is a lot easier to come by a 2002 plunger.
As far as I know, I'm the only one who makes the early smooth repro horn buttons.
