Source for cam cover - air cleaner hose

I am trying to find a source for the short, black, rubber hose that connects the cam cover vent to the air cleaner on carburated e3/e9's. My old one is ~ 20mm id x 127 mm long (~ 5" long). Neither the Wallothnesch nor Maximillan sites seem to show it, leading me to believe that everyone just uses generic 20 mm hose. I tried searching McMaster-Carr, but found few options in metric-sized hose as large as 20 mm id. At present, I'm using a piece of clear, 3/4" id hose from ACE Hardware and it sort of works, but is a very tight fit, making air cleaner installation difficult.

Expected to find it on this diagram, but no luck.

Look on Bel Metric. They have metric hose sizes

Use a short length of 3/4" (19 mm) hose. Warm it in hot water to allow it to stretch. Cheap and readily available at your FLAP although they might make you buy one whole foot, rather than the six inches or less that you actually need.
