I have B F Goodrich radial TA on the Great White.
The DOT code is K4T3 NX91 followed by 4 blank circles.
Does anyone have something similar? Wondering about the out-date.
According to google search, those 4 circles should contain 4 digits indicating the week of the year and year.

That's a new one for me. I've found the 4 numbers in various locations depending on maker, but never blank. Did you look around the entire diameter inside and out for a random set of numbers?

I was told last fall, during a new radiator installation and new brakes, that I needed new radial tires. In spite of just having a few thousand miles, the sidewalls crack and become weak. They were still able to get the same Michelin tires. I think the tires were about 10 years old.

Stan- some tire manufacturers put the date code on the other side of the tire.

Yes, It occurred to me that when new, I didn't want the raised white letters BF GOODRICH RADIAL T/A so I had them mounted with that side facing in. I have learned that the date code is only on the facing side of the tire
K4T3 NX91 1215 is the full code - so for any who have likewise mounted a tire and you cannot find the full date code, here is the answer

The tires I have seen have manufacturing date, not expiration date.

With my luck my tires would expire while driving far from home.
The wireless pressure sensor would notify CHP and Jack Dorsey. I would be banned from social media and you would be
condemned to me posting weird things on e9coupe.com.

Ah, I am thinking like a pharmacist... Manufacture date it is.
Is this really Are or his spleen ?

I recently remounted the CN36's on my 2002 onto new wheels. The shop (in Georgia) checked the date and said if the tires had been more than 5 years old, they were not allowed to remount them. Perhaps money changed hands; perhaps the date stamps were not clear. My tires are mounted.

More seriously: A friend with a beautiful survivor 1600 put it into a guardrail when an old tire blew on the freeway. It can happen.
