Does Anyone know for what BMW type such a seat repair kit is?

I can't imagine where in the handbrake so many parts are coming into?
They are all from the same bag and I have another one where metal arm is mirrored version of the one from the picture.

I also checked, and the ratched part of handbrake looks different. I keep thinking I have seen this part, but can't quite place it. Part number on the bag, doesn't correspond to anything.
 
Thanks @merdad . I have also no idea. Just remember I was told it is a seat repair kit (which could be probably as looking for small parts which I know from e.g. E30 seats) but numbers told me nothing on the Web.
 
The number of parts (I have left and right) are one number different.

All the parts with the number starting with 52 10 are related to seats. I did checked it.

Spending a long time looking for similar seat hinge in Google Picturer and online BMW part catalogue brought nothing.

Very strange.
