is this came off of automatic E9 or gear box E9 since rear ends are deferent I do not know from the number you represent.

The 2800CS came with the 3.45 diff that is being offered.

HB Chris is right, one came from a 2800. The other one came from a 633csi.
Both transmissions came from cars with manual transmissions.

I have a 2 E9 the one I need it for it is 73 3.0csi Automatic that I will change it to gear box and I been told that I have to change the rear end or differential

Most likely you have a 73 CS not a Csi automatic.
