Adjustable height UUC short shifter lever. Has a tiny scratch or gouge on the ball about 1/4' long and and no more than a 1/16th deep. Will need the bushings at the rod end. I will throw in a new valve adjusting tool as a tickler.

$145 shipped in CONUS, as I believe I can separate it in half and get in a small flat rate box

I use the padded bubble envelope, same cost, no more cramming into or making boxes!

If it is a USSE5, then for an E9, you would use a DSSR147 rod.
