This is a handy set up to 1”/25mm. I used it for the hood light grommets in the hood and rad panel (different sizes) and the vertical opening in the spare tire well.

Thanks for the tip you're a few steps ahead of me, I've been looking at gasket materials, o rings, hoses, etc before I take things off so I can clean/refresh/replace and put back.
I found a similar kit from the UK branch for those on this side of the pond for £5.39. Adding it to the pile of bits to use.
