Rear Quarter Panel - Difference between E9 and 2000cs

Does anyone know what are differences in the rear panel (045/046)?

I checked and inner wheel arches, reinforcements and rear panel are the same according to BMW catalog.

I believe the lip around the wheel is a bit wider on one. Possibly the E9.

My question is about OEM steel panel difference between 2000CS and 2800CS/2.5CS/3.0CS.

Hard to say as the inner wheel housing and internal reinforcement is the same according to RealOEM

Both steel. The rounded lip on the wheel well is wider on one.
