Due to an unfortunate incident, I'm in the market for some exhaust parts.

Someone apparently took an angle grinder to the center section of my exhaust to steal it (I assume they thought the large 2-1 center piece was a cat) while it was tucked away in a warehouse. I still have my stock headers/flanges, and the entire rear muffler/tailpiece/chrome tip intact. You just can't make this stuff up!

Is anyone upgrading and looking to offload their stock setup and willing to help out a member in a pickle?

I can’t help but that makes me mad!
They been doing this around here too!
Some one help the guy

This sickness (CC stealing) is also here.

All due to rare/noble metal market prices which flew up few times in past year.

Battery operated angle grinders availability is not helping here as well.

I actually think the bar should be raised on punishment so punishment is actually a deterrent like it is suppose to be. If the warehouse has insurance, you should make a claim.

Sorry to read this. But I will add, some here have just deleted that centre muffler, and had a shop fab up some pipe from front muffler to rear resonator, and they say they like the sound better. Could be worth a try? ;)

I think I misspoke - all that remains is the rearmost muffler/chrome tip and the headers, which were cut just past the flanges. I’d love to keep it stock, but appreciate the suggestion to fab up new pipes and bypass. If it comes to that - has anyone run just a rear muffler successfully?

I also wish I could file a claim, but I admittedly had it shipped 3x between two different warehouses over the course of a quite few years. This was all coordinated remotely back when I was traveling internationally 300+ days a year for work, and none of the shippers ever mentioned anything was amiss.

To be honest, I never even noticed it until I went to start it up and it sounded like an IMSA CSL with sidepipes (but not so refined). From outward appearances, it always looked untouched.

Now that summer is upon us, and I have some free time for the first time in decades, I’d love to start enjoying her out on the roads/C&C type events again.

Gary Beck is running just a rear muffler on his car, but I think the primary benefit of the center muffler is to cut the drone at highway speeds. I wouldn't run without one. (I haven't even seen, let alone ridden in, Gary's car.)

Hi
I upgraded my exhaust system with stainless and have the large long muffler
If still interested, let me know
