Well, a traditional relay would use more terminals than just two.
It is probably the buzzer.

How about-
case is pin 85
terminal 1 is pin 86 and 30
terminal 2 is pin 87
Key in Ignition Buzzer Relay

Buzzer ?....it is from a US car so what is it for ( not found on RHD to my knowledge )
Key/seatbelt warning buzzer
It is to remind US drivers that they forgot the key in the ignition.
It does not exist in RHD because US drivers cannot forget a key in a car that is on a different continent...
Was this in a euro car at all??
