you can reuse it repairing the link with a zip tie
it is a difficult to find part
if you still have the part that is attached to the linkage

I just got one from W&N. Seems of OEM quality to me. That fairly thin rubber connector between the throttle pedal and the throttle linkage?) does seem to be a weak link. That's where my old one broke.
Geeze, I paid thru the nose at the dealer, only place available a few years ago. Yes, flawed design but not as bad as the new electronic ones from BMW that fracture at the base from sand etc accumulation.
I bought a walloth nesch one a couple years ago, fits ok. The connection point to the linkage was very squeaky and drove me nuts, a little grease solved it.
