Nice Malaga 72 CSI on Collecting Cars

NMNA Appears to be a nicely restored CSI. No undercarriage photos, a vague description and virtually no peanut gallery. Will be interesting to see how it does on a BAT alternative.

Pretty dopey of me not to put 2+2 together it’s in Atlanta after all. It was RNM $95K on BaT
last year. I’ll be surprised if it gets there this time. Won’t be rooting for it that’s for sure.

Glad you asked. It’s AKA door latch “buffer”. Without the doors take more effort to fully latch. When they’re old they get hard split and fall off. They cost about $3 each.

Thank you for the explanation and photos. I don't recall those on my locks when I disassembled. I better order a few.

The numbers tell the tale. When this car was listed on BaT last summer it received 14,884 views, 1054 watchers, and 57 bids.
This week in the CC website it got 6139 views, 54 watchers and 45 bids.
BaT is still the Big Kahuna for online auctions.

You have to take to old ones off first. Couldn’t resist…

Should push on, but with effort. That means they won’t just slip off.
