I'm reaching out to forum members for a referral to a trust worthy interior shop that can handle my interior restoration. Mostly, will be the headliner, carpet and seats. I'm still not sure on the dash.

I don't want to take any risks so am hoping member can help me out. I'm in NorCal in the SF Bay area.

Thanks...

I have used Sidco for one major project. They fully redid my e24 leather interior and it was great work. It was 6 years ago or so.
Here is a picture showing the front Recaro seats, which can be delicate...

The owner is Alex and they are on Old Middlefield Road, Mountain View.
The also solved many odd issues:
Replaced a vandalized Cabrio soft top. Replaced a vandalized driver side window and glove compartment. Same car different vandals.
Solved E36 window regulator woes, recovered E36 seat, repainted E24 leather steering wheel.
Rewelded a Lancia Fulvia sport seat broken seat frame.
Made the Cabrio water tight again, it was filing with water in the winter.
Replaced E9 rubber seals, Fixed a vinyl crack in E9 rear armrest.

Thanks for the referral. I do like your recaro seats. I'll reach out to Sidco tomorrow and see where it goes.

We have a lot of coupe interiors in progress or scheduled at Advanced Interior Restoration in Modesto. They know how to do coupe interiors.
Great work, great price. They are adding workers to deal with all the jobs they have.

Give Tom a call- you can go by and check on the coupe work he is doing.

One thing I have observed in my recent search for an upholsterer, at least in the SF North Bay, is that they are all booked long in advance. Evidently there are very few of them left and a six month wait seems to be the norm.

I also used Alex from Sidco and you can call me if you like to speak further, 650-740-6101. I went to many shops and the reason I went with Alex is he found almost the exact color and brought my coupe interior back to its original glory. If you come to Legends take a look. Also have before and after pictures. Alex will take GREAT care of you! I wanted to attach pictures but the files are too big. Also no 6 month wait
