The seller is known to me and a nice guy that got in over his head on a project.
Now he wants out.
This same project has been done before- and be aware it is a major job.

If you are a shop and you start this job - think 200k and then think it might be the last job you never finish.

I bought the original parts off this car several years ago. The CSI sport wheel that I refurbished came from this car. It sounded ambitious at the time.

I think several people saw the well executed (but not my cup of tea) MKO e9 and thought they may try to replicate.
