Those appear to be the metal ones introduced for 1974 with the longer seat bottom, harder to find then the plastic ones.

Skilled car body shop can fabricate them in few hours in steel, aluminum or inox even - not really a huge problem comparing to many other E9/E3 parts.

i probably have a set of old ones for pre-74 ... but the plastic chrome is not in the best of shape.

There was a nice "how to" cover any plastic part with chrome foil on that forum but probably easy to find on YT which would solve the chrome issue at minor cost.

i forgot about that ... thanks! i am not going to use them as i have Scheel 401 seats for my coupe.

I can speak from experience that covering the hockey sticks with chrome wrap is not an easy task because of the shape/curves. I have posted stuff I have done with this like the dummy switch covers in the center console. I was able to get the hockey sticks to look OEM along the outer edge where they are visible but was never able to get the entire thing perfect. Many iterations, have a hair dryer on hand.

guys - i have found 3 of 4 ... so i am going to have to dig deeper. bear with me, as all of my parts are in a bunch big plastic boxes stacked on top of each other - my spares and the ones for my coupe ... the spares are at the bottom of each stack.

let me be clear, i answered @coupesport's thread, so he has first right of refusal ... only if he passes, will i will have discussions with the others who sent me PM's

a little update - i found 3 more ... the bad news is that is 4 of one side and 2 of the other. so so far i have 1 set ... but i will keep looking. i thought i had a set on my set of blue seats ... i was wrong, they have the tracks but not the hockey sticks.
