Best way to mount your phone?

I just bought this device.

I have the XPell window film on my windshield, so suction cups are not a good idea.
I'll know how this Carmount works on my trip to North Carolina Highlands Motoring Festival in June.
My between-the-seats console has USB ports for the iPhone cable.
The Carmount device is a really nice way to mount your phone to the aluminum strip part of the dashboard above the center console. I have been using it since the 1700 mile round trip to Highlands Motoring Festival. That also includes the 110-mile tour of the mountains where we were making many tight turns. The double-sided tape holds the device to the aluminum and the magnet sticks to the back of your phone. Your phone can be tilted in any direction and your charging cord can go to the cigar lighter power source.
The device does not obstruct your view and is not very noticeable when your phone is not mounted. Here are pics of the mount.

One more way to achieve a firm fit of usb adapter in the lighter socket.

I had some heat shrink tube of the right diameter for my adapter. It’s tight (after shrinking) and fits snugly. My concern about e-tape is it will peel up and/or leave a residue.

(And please, no jokes about how short my plug is …)

This looks great, buying one of these.

The 2000 Jag I just bought doesn't have Bluetooth. I found a visor mount, wireless and rechargeable unit that will pair with my phone. The brand is Jabra, and IIRC was between $65-$70. It works and automatically pairs when I get in my car. You can also voice command Siri with it. Just plug and play
