As this is your first post and you are selling items you should take the time to first introduce yourself to the Forum. These are 74/75 door cards and without the trim strips your asking price is very high.
Looks like the four piece set is the 74/75 with the perforated top field....and the rear only set is earlier, with the herringbone top field, correct?
Unfortunately, I will not be able to tell exact model year. According to what HB Chris mentioned above - I would assume that those are 74/75.
And yes - four piece set is with perforated top field and rear only set is with herringbone top field.
As @HB Chris and @dave v. in nc mentioned dotted pattern has been used only for facelift E9's including very late 2.5CS/CSA.
