Passenger rear window not go down all the way

My drivers side window goes down all the way but the passenger side does not. Any advice?

Passenger side is correct driver side typically doesn't go that low. Check the bump stops inside the cassette.

I think it can be multiple things that can add up if that makes sense?
1. Rubber bump stops are adjustable
2. There are multiple adjustments that can be made to the window frame

Use caution and make small changes, there are things that can interfere with the added travel and break things.
