Completely disassembled, degreased all parts, media blasted surfaces, powder coated all exterior surfaces except the interior rail channel and bearing assy. Reassembled and lightly greased moving surfaces including bearing assy. Resulted in absolute free running bearing/plate assy. Ready for installation. Structurally sound with no defects.
