Now be nice. As a 30+ year Ferrari owner I take exception to that. But here's a somewhat humorous story...

The toolkit with my first Ferrari came missing the smallest wrench. It was easy to tell because the tools fit into flocked vacuum formed trays with indentations for each tool. I wasn't too concerned for my first decade of ownership because, despite working on the car myself, I have only used the tools in the toolkit once. But I decided to show the car in Monterey for the 2002 FCA National Meet and needed the complete toolkit. Finding an original Everest end wrench proved impossible and buying a complete kit for $6,000 to get one wrench was just stupid. I was able to source an Everest wrench but it turned out to be too large to fit in the tray so I eventually gave up. It wasn't until I was cleaning the briefcase and removed the lower tray for the first time in my life that I found the missing wrench under the tray!
