And yes that large inter-cooler it sits right behind you....!

I had 1986 944 while back now picked up for a song, repaired, modified it, probably should have not sold it was very good shape for the age, in then end I installed a LSD, Bursch exhaust header with just the test pipe, and muffler loud, but not overly so... Someday again soon I hope? 935... probably not ... more like a nasty 911 Targa..

That is gorgeous - stick up a few more pics.

What do you guys reckon to the pre 70 912s - they seem like a cheap car versus the 911 although a proper engine rebuild for them is big bucks.

I've had a couple of 912s before the 911, and I think they are an excellent value for money, evry bit as nice as the 911, and even though they are certainly slower, they drive extremely nice and smooth.

I have never rebuilt a 912 engine, but don´t think it should be that expensive.

I especially like the real early 912s, with the 3 gauge painted dash.

I don't own any P-Cars but am a fan. I have a question though. I know where there are 2 1997 993 Turbo S's for sale. One with 400 or so miles the other with 200 or so miles. One black, one yellow. I'm wondering if these would be good collector cars.

Yes they are very highly collectable cars.

This is my '71T "RS" clone. It's been my DE car since 2002, and I did my first club race at Lime Rock a few weeks ago.

The 3.2 in there now will be sold for a 2.7 to better fit into PCA stock and vintage racing.

for when it's not dry...

79' SC with a short stroke 3.2, twin plugged, PMO carb'd motor and a major diet- this is what I bought after I gave up on my first e9 resto and needed a break from rust (can actually drive it in the rain too)... and a very early E to be restored.
