Very sure my clutch disc is stuck to the flywheel (slave moves as it should.) Is there a way to get it loose w/o removing everything? TIY

Your clutch disc is directly coupled to the trans input shaft by the splines. If you release the pressure from the pressure plate by pushing the clutch pedal while the trans is in gear and then rotate the engine, it should free the disc. You can do this with the starter if the engine is not running.
Tried that, no luck. Will try again, this time I will keep the car from moving…

You could jack up the rear wheels, start the car in gear, rev it up, disengage the clutch then apply the brakes

I'm hoping you get it unstuck and report back.
Doesn't that send massive forces back into the block untill it breaks free? Is that healthy for things like pistons, conrod & bearings, rings etc?

Not really. It's similar dumping the clutch at the start of a drag race, except less. I drag raced a 4-speed car for years and never broke any engine parts.
If the clutch disc is in fact stuck to the flywheel or pressure plate, it's a fibrous disc on a metal surface bonded by what - rust perhaps? The adhesive force can't be that strong.
