I don't believe the seal is available from BMW or reproduced. It is in a hidden location so I would look for a replacement from Steele rubber products here in the US.

When I had mine out I grabbed a picture of the profile, but did not take measurements. I suspect you can find a suitable replacement without too much trouble.

Brilliant photo capture of that piece.

Does anybody have a source for the gasket for the part #9 panel that is referenced in the first post?
I have the gaskets for part # 9. I bought them from W&N some time ago. Pics and part# to follow if you want them. I didn't use them since the part #9 was sprayed with undercoating by the shop working on the car. They are designed to fit on part #9 with the original smooth finish. Note #9 is designed to screw into threaded holes in the wheel well.

I have two new ones as spares that I bought from W&N.
Yes I’d appreciate pics and part number if it isn’t too much trouble. Or if anybody is wanting to sell…

I am working at cleaning and spraying the inner cavities of my car. They look pretty good in there but I’m glad I opened up the space. The old gasket is pretty dry rotted (better than wet rotted!!!) and I could probably reuse it with some sort of sealant but better to have a fresh gasket to keep that space as dry as possible.

I can sell for what I paid for them plus shipping from Md.
