I'm definitely in if the dates line up! My coupe may not be on this side of the mountains by then, but I can bring another fun car

Cool! Its all about bringing the local community together, bring what you have. So far the initial feedback shows that we should open the gathering up to the 02 owners who want to go. Ill need to rethink the event name and logos if that's the case though.

I'm good for the drive up from Portland. I'm occupied July 19 & 20 otherwise I'm in.
FYI I will have details soon on the 2nd annual Northwest Vintage BMW Gathering on June 20 at Dominio IV wines Carlton Or.

Have received good feedback on the event. So it looks like mostly everyone prefers a July 25 meet up, which will now be opened up to the 02 crowd.
At the moment, we have one E3 (myself) and the full lineup of E9s wanting to attend minus a CSL. I know there is one living in Western WA, so hopefully that individual and a bunch of 02s will want to join the fun as we get closer.

I have updated my OP with the date, revised event name, details, shirt design, and rally route.

Would someone who is active on the 02 forums help me get the word out to them?

Next steps for me is to formalize the event registration, pick a screen printing vendor, and coordinate logistics with the Cut Shop and Watts to parking spot reservations. More to come!

UPDATE: event registration website is now live! Please register here: https://www.eventcreate.com/e/neueklassesocialwa

Could someone who is active on the 02 forums help me get the word out to them? I would appreciate this very much.

Its all been coming together well. I have also selected a local WA screen printer to produce the T-shirts and vinyl window cling stickers for the event.

For anyone who will be visiting the area and would like to romp on their car afterwards, I suggest this offshoot headed south down Highbridge as it is a good, fun twisty road. I used to ride my bikes "spiritedly" here before it became more developed. Lots of goodness out in the Woodinville/Duvall/Carnation areas.

Confirmed logistics with Woodinville Cut Shop. I have secured ample VIP parking that will be roped off for attendees and a couple large biergarten tables for lunch + attendee check in.

Wrapping up logistics with Watts Brewing this week for the post rally drink up, parts swap, and show. Further update to follow.
