SOLD: E3 Pre-facelift Taillights Set - 3pcs

Thank you Dick for providing the pictures.

As @rsporsche I like pre-facelift style.
This seems to be similar to BMW 2002 where cars with round taillights are more valuable than the ones with rectangular rear lights.

Hi Kris,
It's great to hear from you again!

Yes, that's right, I'm still looking. As you mentioned, I'm looking for a pre-facelift.
I'm sharing a photo of the lenses that came with the car.
I'll be waiting for any updates.
Thanks in advance!
I was looking here but so far no luck. I'll keep looking.

In the meantime I have seen several ones in Germany, so maybe you can also check with @TomHom . He has helped many Members with very difficult topics.

the 2002 is a different thing for me. i don't have an issue with the rectangular taillights on the 2002, that's a wash. i don't like the 74 - 76 USA bumpers. i prefer the 73 and earlier interior. and then there is the turbo, which only came with rectangular tails. gotta love that one

For E10 I'm not against rectangular taillights but collectors/market is.

US bumpers are one of a kind and have some enthusiasts.... here and there. At least there is a place to sit on the lonely parking and eat or drink. ;)

A sculptor friend pointed out the regtangular tail lights follow the pattern of the back of the 2002. As for the later bumpers I find nothing, nothing of any redeeming value.

And who gets rear ended by some texting, hands-free-yammering driver going 5 mph in a 2 ton SUV. Try 55.
