Hello all,
Finally digging through my euro 71 coupe and found a couple components I need:

- A 6 prong hazard switch
- Passenger window motor ( bizarrely my motor is completely missing the drive gears)
- a center drag link in new or good condition before I purchase new from Europe.

Thanks in advance

Josh

The 6-prong hazard switches are readily available, though becoming pricey. Here's a listing on Ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/364038888814?fits=Year:1970|Make:BMW&_skw=1970+BMW+hazard+switch&itmmeta=01KTSDYYSN10MW0J86N98A96F9&hash=item54c2689d6e:g:3WYAAeSwh-xpyrQm&itmprp=enc:AQALAAAA4GfYFPkwiKCW4ZNSs2u11xBxQgRQAcEUCMWjXYO7G3kJCEwKlt2ofG4EFTVlS+bgZUVciEyaEvZTZhIOk3Lukx5pHOQRQ2yom2pj0frZ0DXkRG2VZZxU2C7Znd/yXHHAvDAGK2ZG4c+kPrjXrTU/n8/HtvnhwzQjf44csblVEu8WKGT0PDW6qFzyB+MiDVUHO2MPG8o9oI/toFqEj+W1vqme3W3W0w2LmmuqWdiS9aHEK9w9GSOwXFA9s3fgBXYDTE1mNW22Er14Hs0lnv7gn2pDJvTCPcc+BtyssjNZabfh|tkp:Bk9SR5bt-63WZw

Other sources for import parts carry them; the same switch was used on other BMW models, Alfas, and no doubt other marques. Buying a used switch to save a buck may be tempting, but the design of these things involves soft plastic locking tangs that are under spring force, which results in wear from the car's vibration.

Thank you for the link! Yes saving a buck with a used one was tempting me haha
