Looking to compete my toolkit for my early e3. I don’t need concourse judge worthy, but need to be able to be cleaned up and fit the early foam.

After reading through the toolkit thread, I am searching for:

Open ended wrenches - all three
Box wrenches - 12/13 and 17/19
Wheel pin
Valve tool
Both pliers

Need shipping to Sacramento area.

Thanks in advance!

Here’s a pic of my kit:

Bad picture. I’ve tried multiple jaw settings and orientations and they do not fit the foam. Same with the short pliers.

open the wrench a couple of notches and try again ... that will allow the handles to touch each other.
I appreciate your input… Re-read post, then zoom in on this photo from HB Chris’ toolkit thread. There are differences in early and later tools. The slip joint pliers I have are from my e28. Not the same.
Done trying to prove I would like to buy early long handle pliers.

Yep, both pliers are of a later vintage. The 9” pliers are almost impossible to find and the early one is even harder. The small pliers should have a slight bend outwards at the end of the handle.

Thanks @HB Chris . I studied your thread for a few nights now before posting my WTB ad. Your thread has been invaluable and much appreciated. Cheers, Rich

I'll have a look, have some spares.

Fyi also your wheel pin is not e3/e9 correct. The thick section should end with the same thick diameter. Yours is thinner at the end.
Ah, a missed detail! Thanks for the keen eye. Guess I’ll add that to the list. These early tools are hard to locate!

These are my obsolete parts:

Let me know if you want anything of these.
Or a complete set
