I came across this and can only find copies of it on Facebook.
One post claims it is a Bavaria
Another claims it is a 1955 BMW

I went down the rabbit hole of the internet trying to find out more.
Perhaps people can weigh in on their thoughts.

I first thought it may be one of the oddball SA (South African) models. BMW had some interesting stuff being produced there like the "BMW 2004". However this is not a right hand drive.
BMW had a production plant turning out E12's in Indonesia from 1976 but this car has stylings predating that. IE the grills.

This has BMW 2000 queues. The tail lights. Although the panel between them is not recessed. There was a variation on these lights without the white lens.
The rear pillars appear to have the E9 or 2000cs emblems which I assume have rear vents behind them.
This car has twin exhaust??? The only vintage BMW prior to the mid 70's that I know of with twin exhaust is the 507. The other V8 BMW's 503, 3200cs etc were single pipe.
The door handles appear to be E3 or E12 style where there is a recess in the door panel for your fingers.
The hood hinges over the nose and is between the fenders which is E3. The hood also does not have a center ridge like E12. Can't see for sure if it has the E3 hood vents.
The kidney grill is early E3/9.
The turn signal is not E3. Looks like E9 or E12 530i. The other e12's had signals in the bumpers.
Rear bumper looks like it is Neue Klasse.
The Fuel filler door is interesting. It is square and has a finger lip. It is close to E9 but wrong shape. It is more like the E12.
The windows are framed and have front vent windows. This is 2000 or 1800.

As I can't find another example other than these pictures I was really thinking AI but the shadows and reflections look genuine. This leads me to think this is an one off.

Does anyone on here know more about this car?

Maybe do reverse image search, see if it pops us elsewhere with more info. Is it one of those Facebook “what do you think of this car” random posts that seem bot-created or is it from someone who might actually own the thing?

The reverse searches I tried just returned a couple of Facebook references. Didn't find it elsewhere that is why I suspect fake. But if someone has actually seen one of these then it would be interesting to find out what the story behind it is.
 
It’s AI. Here are some giveaways what work now, but won’t work next year.


1. The car doesn’t exist, and you can only find references to facebook.

2. AI is still pretty bad at rendering fine detail. Look how blurry the badge is, and how the roundel is nearly illegible. What is that logo on the hub caps?

3. What license plate is that “123 • ABC” black plate? Closest would be vintage finland but less characters.

4. Why does it have a dual exhaust? If this was real it would have been an M10 motor and even the M30 didn’t have dual exhaust pipes.

5. Why does it have 2800 and 250 or 380 or whatever that fuzzy trunk badge says?

6. Is that a swan mirror or trap mirror. No if’s both.

7. Is that asphalt or concrete and why is it so perfect under the front end. This is not the US. Do they even use asphalt on driveways in this mystery country?

8. Why do the headlights look like they are floating on the grille when you zoom in.

9. Why is the house different in each pic, with a highly similar but different driveway.

10. Why do the door locks look so malformed?
 
Saw a different post on Facebook talking about font changes to try to fool AI - they read the outline “sorry robot” whlle humans tend to see “happy human”. Nifty until the bots are trained to counter it. Let the arms race continue
