Is this an E3 windshield wiper?

I have this in my parts stash.. I believe it's an E3 wiper.. can one of the E3 owners verify the length? Thank you!

E3 wiper is different, this is e9 with the hook at the end.

Thanks Chris. Well.. somebody sold me an E9 wiper. Hmm. Looks like I'll be posting a FS ad...

Are some of the e9 ones black instead of chrome?

In 74 all BMW wiper arms became black, likely a DOT requirement.
