I may have a set of 72 mounts here somewhere too. The front bumper chrome is really nice, but the over riders have some cracks as noted in the pictures. The top of the rear bumper is nice too, but missing the lights for the license plate. The underside of the rear bumper has some surface rust as also noted in the pictures. I prefer these to be picked up (I am in Duarte) but I will ship at your expense. Best offer.

and the price is ... ?
thank you

Looks like they still have the stock solid rubber tips which sit between the bumper and the fenders. I think those are NLA.

Um, I claim the NEXT pair of restorable coupe bumpers in Southern California!

With execmalibu in the picture you will never be first, second or third in line for anything. I think the man has an assistant permanently on this board checking everything that comes up for sale as soon as it comes up for sale. :)

c'mon guys ... perhaps you are being a little harsh on Jeff (execmalibu) ... he does own 4 coupes ... or is it 5 now w/ the great pumpkin. all different years - if i remember correctly, he has a '70 2800cs, a 72, a 73 and a 74. i know he is restoring his csi. i have bought my share of stuff, but no more than one of each thing - no bumpers yet, or sheet metal.

seriously, if you want to buy bumpers or other parts, put up a WTB post and somebody who has something to sell will contact you.

It was just some light humor to start my Friday morning. ;) I am sure he is a great guy and only buys what he needs.

I guess Murray is a bad guy because he had allot of extra E9 parts...

I know that Murray is a great guy...

But because Murray had allot of extra E9 parts for Blumax I guess he would get hammered here also?

Scott I have (5) E9s and each car could use a part here or there to make that car just a little bit nicer...

The GREAT PUMPKIN Needs the rear bumper to be re-chromed that is why I advertised looking for a nice 1973 rear bumper but no one from this site responded...

The last set of 1973 bumpers listed on this site that I offered to buy, the seller changed his mind about selling them and he did NOT sell them to me!

So I am now buying this set...

You guys get upset that I buy the stuff but I notice that there are allot of other complete nice and/or cheap E9s and misc. parts that I do NOT buy that do NOT sell to anyone here... Why is that?

BTW... Peter at Coupeking has over 100,000 Sq Ft packed to the rafters with new and used E9 Coupe parts and probably 20 E9s. Also both CSi and Carl at La Jolla have huge E9 inventories... How and where do you guys think these parts came from?...

Answer they all bought these parts for their own restorations and to resell them at a profit... Smart guys!
