I wish I remembered what the white T meant in my dash...

For the last year my car has pretty much sat in my garage because I needed to replace my pressure plate that had broken somehow. I finally installed a new clutch set and for the first time today "tried" to drive the car. I had noticed the white light with a T on it shining bright on the way home from the mechanic and assumed it was warning me about the battery being low since the car had sat for so long. Well today I realized what it was for whan I ran out of gas on the road. It's amazing the little things you forget about when you stop driving your car for a while.

Blue=High Beam
Orange= Oil Pressure
White= Fuel
Red= Alternator

Note that the alternator light can be extremely dim if your diodes are broken, leaving you stranded. (learned that one from experience)

There's 2 lights, one in the tach (for brake fluid and park brake) and another in the coolant/fuel cluster for voltage.
Duh!... you're correct, now I remember.
Not used to analog dashes anymore: the computer in my daily driver spells out everything on the screen for me :-)

T = Tank

Der Tank ist lehr.

Conveniently the same word in english & german.
