headlight replacement

Have any of you replaced the headlights recently, and where did you purchase them? I replaced one broken one (chat during a mountain drive) several years ago through a local shop. I now have the Hella H4 12.5 which seem to be expensive but I am happy with them. With the newer headlight all the others look fogged over. They could be the originals, I have had the car 30 years and have replaced only the one outside one.

I got all 4 Hella bulbs from Ben at La Jolla Ind. Not cheap but they work great and are very bright.

I have seen them on ebay also from time to time. My car has ended up with old Lucas sealed beam units on the outside - not looking forward to the messing about when one goes although i presume they are still around on ebay too!

Don't pay new prices for old junk on eBay, Hellas are $40-45 each with bulbs.
