Another E9 article on Petrolicious

Nice! Love the original marketing photos - but please remind me NEVER to drive mine on the beach.

They seem pretty accurate to me - but they haven't caught up with the trend up in collector car prices this year. All collector cars have really taken off this year now that people have more expendable income. At least in Houston...

Once again the graphs exclude private sales which for the conditions listed are quite a bit higher. Condition 1 is $48K and Condition 2 is $30K, really?

I consider mine a Condition 2 since it gets driven, Condition 1 really means a trailer queen which mine is not. Our coupes deserve more respect and I think that will happen over time. In the meantime just get in and drive, that is what it's all about after all.

shift knob

Me too. Is that a shift knob with a roundel that I see in that marketing photo on the lower right? My '74 3.0 csi came with that type of knob and I've had several coupe guys tell me it wasn't correct... I've kept it though

Zubehor translates to Accessories so BMW obviously sold them after delivery. Makes it correct in my mind.

if they had the public data of BLUMAX on their, the value of a 2800cs would look much better
