Thank you, guys. I figured out the fuse panel cover side but the evaporatot brackets threw me for a loop. I couldn't figure if or how they related to the L brackets on the "SCUP."

So this post now begs the question of purpose. If it attaches to the sides of the console and the evaporator, it does not tie into the steering column underpad cover. Toward simplifying this discussion, and, please correct me if I'm wrong, the purpose of the brackets is to help secure the rears...
